Due to the high volume of orders, once orders are placed, they cannot be changed or cancelled.

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS:

Pepper Spray Policy: Pepper spray cannot be shipped to the following locations: New York, Massachusetts, Washington D.C, Alaska, and internationally. 

Kitty Knuckle Policy: Kitty Knuckles can only be shipped within the United States + Puerto Rico.

 

PROCESSING TIME:

Orders are processed in 5 - 7 business days which excludes weekends and holidays. Custom orders are processed in 2-3 weeks. You cannot add "rush my order" to any custom orders. Please remember processing time is separate from shipping time.

All orders $100+ may require a signature at delivery.

Any orders sent back to us due to an insufficient address will be cancelled & refunded. If the customer chooses for it to be re-shipped, they are responsible for new postage and a $5 re-shipment fee.

 

PACKAGE PROTECTION:

We offer package protection for all orders. Package protection provides protection on orders that are lost, stolen, or damaged (in accordance to the criteria). This insurance is automatically applied to all orders unless manually removed by the customer. Review is done by our internal audit system and if deemed valid after investigation, you will have the option to have your order re-shipped or refunded.

For orders NOT covered by package protection: Safetyfirstkeychains.com is not responsible for any lost packages that are marked as "delivered".
