Can I customize my keychain?

Not yet.  We are working on a feature that will allow you to customize in the near future.

How long is shipping?

All shipping is 5 to 7 business days.

What do I do if an item is broken upon delivery?

Please immediately email us a picture or video of the product to our email at safetyfirstkeychains@gmail.com.

If the customer breaks the product due to misuse of the product, the customer will have to order a new product.
